Lifetime Warranty
All Gear Dynamics products are warranted to original owner to be free of defects in material and workmanship, for the life of the product. What does that mean? It means that if any of our gear fails due to a manufacturing related defect, we will repair or replace the item, at our discretion. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, negligence, normal wear & tear or breakdown of materials over time. Needless to say the following is also NOT covered by warranty:
Damage from explosives
Bullet holes
Burns
Knife punctures or slashes
Any other destructive way you can think of!
We understand that our gear will end up in some "hard use" situations and for that reason we can and will repair damaged gear that is NOT covered by warranty for a reasonable fee. Every situation is different so we will make the assessment when we have the gear in hand. For all warranty or repair related inquiries, contact us directly via email and let us know what the situation is BEFORE sending us anything in the mail. If you are sending us a piece of gear to repair please make sure it's clean!
LEGAL
No claims or representations, whether expressed or implied, are made as to the safety, reliability, and performance of any of our companies' products. In no event shall our company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products. The end user assumes ALL risk.
Payment Methods
The website will accept most major credit cards as a payment method, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. Please be sure your information matches your card. If you'd like to pay with an Interac E-Transfer (Canada Only), we can manually write up your order. Just send us an email with the order details and we will send you your total with directions on how to pay.
LEAD TIMES
Most of our gear is made to order, and as such there is always a lead time. We try and complete most of our regular products within 6-8 weeks, but occasionally we fall behind if there is a higher than usual volume. Custom made gear is around 10-12 weeks, and this can include regular products in special order colours. Please feel free to contact us about your order if we've gone past the usual lead times. These lead times are an approximation and are by no means a guarantee.
Discounts
We offer a 10% discount to all active military & law enforcement personal, regardless of your country! In order to qualify for this discount, you need to contact us via email with a digital scan of your issued photo ID. You may block out your picture for privacy purposes, but your name must be visible and match the name you will be placing the order with. Once confirmed, we will provide you with a coupon code to use during checkout. We offer higher discount rates to retailers and agencies that would like to order in bulk. Contact us via email to discuss rates.
Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
RETURNS - If you are not satisfied with a piece of our equipment, let us know within five (5) business days from the time you receive your package. You may then return the product to us at your cost, and upon receipt, we will issue a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping costs or the credit card processing fee we are charged (this amount depends on your location). All products must be unused with any packaging intact. Please contact us before sending anything.
CANCELLATIONS - If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We may choose to waive this fee at our discretion. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
EXCHANGES - Almost all of our gear is "made to order" and because of this, there is a 20% restocking fee for any size or colour related exchanges. Please be sure of what you are ordering and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us!
Custom made products and sale items are a final sale and are not subject to our return policy.
Shipping
We ship via Canada Post only. Shipping charges are calculated based on the contents of your shopping cart, this ensures the best possible price. We've also taken the liberty to list the delivery standard that Canada Post provides. Obviously, once the item leaves our hands we have no control over unexpected delays, or if it arrives late or damaged, or is lost. If this happens, we will work with you to resolve the issue with Canada Post as quickly as possible. For international customers, we cannot guarantee your package once it has been accepted by your customs agency. Generally, packages are insured for up to $100 CAD if it is lost or damaged. If you wish to have the package insured for the full value, please contact for a custom shipping quote.
For shipping within Canada we use Expedited Parcel™ (1 - 7 Business Days).
For shipping to the United States, we use Tracked Packet™ or Expedited Parcel™ - USA (4 - 8 Business Days).
For international shipping, we us International Parcel - Surface (4 - 6 Weeks to most destinations).
The rates displayed during checkout are the cheapest, trackable option, and include only basic insurance. We can offer cheaper services, but these are not trackable, or insured, and we cannot guarantee delivery. Cheaper services may not be available to all destinations and generally have a weight limit.
