Our open-top 556 Shingles are magazine pouches designed for those looking for a low profile, fast access, magazine solution. With three sizes available, these pouches can adapt to any loadout.
The Single 556 Shingle is our open-top single magazine pouch. It can be used with both metal STANAG magazines, and most polymer magazines. The pouch is laser cut from Cordura laminate, making it very abrasion resistant, while still being lightweight. A removable Kydex magazine insert is included for excellent magazine retention, but the user can also add our shock cord Mag Retention Kit for added security. The bottom corners of the pouch are open to allow water and any other particulate to rapidly exit. The back of the pouch has a built-in PALS/MOLLE compatible mounting system. The pouch features a PALS grid on the front face, allowing the user to stack other pouches.
